I have recently been concentrating on installing my usual Bambusero range of bamboo fencing in-situ. This gives the added advantage of eliminating the posts and frames usually needed to support the bamboo.
Organic path fence at Landsendt
Landsendt's wedding venue was a perfect spot for this unusual and organic freeform screen. This kind of fence can in theory be made to any height or length .
Wedding attraction
Our Gold award winning feature garden at the Auckland Flower Show 2008 had a massive in-situ Chaco fence on three sides. As I made it made on site, I was able to curve it around the large fale area, making a seamless backdrop to a spectacular wedding display.
This is a Kenninji type screen at the edge of a deck. Lots of separate panels would have broken up the texture of the vertical slats too much. So it was decided to go ahead with a structure behind the screen to support a massive screen built on site. The post in the middle is actually holding up the roof overhang and is not connected to the screen.
